La realidad y cruda, muy cruda, manda en este caso, y el viernes mi pinchada de este mes en Macondo estará dedicada a David Bowie y grupos y artistas afines.
Muchas son las canciones del Duque Blanco asociadas a mi vida, y muchas de ellas sonarán con una lágrima el sábado 16 de enero, cinco días después de conocer su triste pérdida.
Haré un recorrido por todas sus etapas desde los 60, pasando por los 70, 80, 90, y este siglo y será una selección muy especial que se complementará con canciones de grupos cohetáneos y amigos como Lou Reed, The Velvet Underground, T-Rex, Queen, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Who, Pink Floyd, etc...
La cita será este sábado 16 de enero en Macondo Rock and Roll Bar, Plaza de la Morería, 1, a partir de las 23:30h.
Para calentar motores dos temas, primero Scary Monsters (and super creeps) en vivo en 1997.
Y por otro lado el Oh! you pretty things en vivo en 1972 en la BBC.
Muy agradecido a toda la gente, que fue mucha, que se acercó anoche a esta sesión de homenaje a David Bowie, consiguiendo crear un ambiente muy especial además de cantar a grito pelado muchas de las canciones, fue un verdadero placer.
